Shipping Charges

Order delivery is FREE if order is above Rs.5000/-, else Delivery charge will be applicable as per the prevailing rates for your area.

Cancellation of Order before Dispatch

A.     The Company hereby informs User that User's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the Company's acceptance of User's order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the Company's offer to sell. The Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of User's order to acceptor decline User's order for any reason. The Company further reserves the right any time after receipt of User's order, after prior notice to User, to supply less than the quantity User ordered of any item. User's order will be deemed accepted by the Company upon shipment of products. The Company may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

B.      The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

C.      User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by calling the store where he placed the Order.

D.     "Cancel Order" request can be placed any time after booking of order but before the order shipping.

Payment

We accept only cash on delivery (COD).

Return& Refunds

A.      All Products purchased from the Website enjoy seven (7) days Return Policy. Any Product, purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within seven (7) days of delivery of the same to User by visiting the store from where shipment is sent. You can return the product at the time of delivery and we can also take the returned product back with us so it will save you the hassle of visiting the store for returning the product.

B.     Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company only if the Product supplied by the Company is damaged, defective or the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered.

C.     We will issue a credit note for the value of the return products which can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills or we will collect the revised bill amount deducting the price/taxes of the returned product.
